    MIDDLETOWN, Ohio - The University of Rio Grande has been picked sixth in the 2022 River States Conference Women's Cross Country Coaches' Preseason Poll.
    The RedStorm tallied 57 points in the balloting by the league's 11 head coaches, finishing just behind Brescia University, which placed fifth with 58 points, and Indiana University East, which was fourth after collecting 60 points in the voting.
